Exquisite Home Decor believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation/return policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been already shipped.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the product is checked and examined at our end. This should be reported within three (3) days of receipt of the products.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We understand sometimes the products cannot meet your expectations. In such case, you can raise a return request by writing us on support@exquisitehomedecor.in within (3) three days of receipt of product.
- In case of prepaid orders, Exquisite Home Decor is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be charged additionally and will include shipping and re-packing costs.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Exquisite Home Decor, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- It is clarified that at the time of creating a return request, users are required to confirm that the product being returned is unused, in good condition and has the original tags intact. If the product returned by the user is used, or damaged or if the original tags are missing, the user’s return request shall be declined and the said product shall be re-shipped back to the customer. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund and Exquisite Home Decor assumes no liability in this regard. Further, in the event that the user fails to accept the receipt of the said re-shipped product, the user shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Exquisite Home Decor assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped product.
